However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to make sure you have a hassle-free return experience. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns, unless there was an error on our part.

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@ethixcrystalco. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
- Please include the RMA number on the return package or clearly mention it on the shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.

5. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, or variation, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- In case the desired item is unavailable, we can process it as a return and issue a refund according to our refund policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing details and supporting evidence such as photographs.
- We will evaluate the issue and may request the item to be returned for inspection.
- If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
